With over 30 years of experience in corporate leadership roles, serving as Senior Vice President, Area Manager and Vice President, Charmaine has a keen passion and sense for positively impacting our greatest resources in the workplace. Through these experiences, she has developed a unique understanding of how to lead effectively and build high performing, diversely inclusive and productive teams. Her approach is grounded in the principles of industrial organizational psychology with a humanistic approach. This has had a far-reaching impact within large organizations in which she took the lead in transforming the workplace. Her insight creativity and exceptional facilitation and coaching skills have informed CYA Leadership Consulting’s learning approach which is centered around building inclusive leadership and teams from the top down. In addition to founding CYA Leadership Consulting, LLC, Charmaine has held management and organizational development roles in financial service organizations and human resources. She is an author, a Toastmasters trained speaker, a trusted coach and advisor, a wife, a mother, and a friend. A graduate of Grand Canyon University, she holds a master’s degree in psychology and is currently pursuing her PhD in the same discipline with an emphasis on industrial organizational psychology.
